  No, there are no terraces.

  Yes, TV in all the rooms, satellite (CNN)(FR2)(DF).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, sorry.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning and it is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No. But there is an Internet Service around the corner.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a pay-garage around the corner.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Near the hotel there are 3-4 rent a car services.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, however from the Florence Airport there are taxis and bus-service that takes you to the Santa Maria Novella train station which is a short walk away.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  50 meters from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  5 minutes walking distance.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, this service is not available.
