We actually requested one of the bigger rooms, but were told they would not quarentee that but we were hoping to get one of the rooms but did not.

clean, nothing above average, but owners polite, helpfull and spoke english which is a big help.

This was my first time staying at B&B. It was great experience and I feel like living in Florence which is good. Antonio(owner) is very nice, friendly, and helpful and also people who staying in Bellevue were nice.

The place I stayed is like a aprtment so you can enjoy linving like in Florence with very reasonable price.

A lot of stairs up to that third floor but a safe and clean place.

A quiet place close to the train station and within walking distance of the main places of interest. Bathroom lovely but bedroom a little dark as window opened onto an internal courtyard. Some lovely cafes near by and a supermarket in walking distance was a bonus.

We were given all kinds of information about the City - dinning, times places were open, etc.
We were given the use of a very good tourist guide to Florence during our stay in the city. The people at the Bellevue were great.

A most wonderful host and pristinely clean room and bathroom. Beautiful. We would definitely stay at Bellvue House again.
P.S. The king size bed was most welcome and a real treat.

We were wary because we'd been told not to expect American cleanliness overseas. But Bellvue House was wonderfully clean, cheery, and so very Italian. Our host was a kind, calm and helpful man who spoke English. This was very comforting to us on our first trip overseas.

Be sure to mention that there's no elevator. This was no problem for us, but it might be for some.

Antonio, our gracious host, greeted us the moment we arrived (actually, we arrived a day earlier, and he was very accomodating to our change of schedule). He was warm, friendly, and thrilled to help us with our luggage, finding a place to eat that night (and many more nights), and directions around the city.

The Bellevue House is exceptionally well run by the wonderful Antonio. I would recommend the place to anyone visiting Florence.

We were very impressed with the B&B, found its location excellent and the owner was very helpful.
Only downside was the electric loo which was noisy and a little unpleasant

We found the owner to be helpful in offering assistance and subsequently made gallery reservations for us prior to ur arrival. He also gave us excellent suggestions for local restaurants than we enjoyed dining at.

This accommodation is clean, comfortable, spacious and close to all the major sights of Florence. However, although we were told that our room would be on the 4th floor, we did not realise that the whole hotel was situated on that floor. One of our concerns with this was that the stair leading to the accommodation was very dark and dingy and not a place that I would want to be on my own at night.

Clean, roomy but we probably would not chose this accommodation again as we were not so keen on the location.
