• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price given is the daily rate of a room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes/Full buffet breakfast (hot and cold).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  6 floors, 2 lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, one third of our rooms offer outstanding views of Ponte Vecchio, and several rooms on the upper floor open onto a terrace with excellent views.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, every room is provided with the telephone and color TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The air conditioning is seasonal, it is free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Not yet.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, the hotel has private parking place with an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In downtown Florence or at Pisa/Florence airport but the concierge will help you in any booking.

• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request (private).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via Tornabuoni (200 meters).
• Which is the nearest railway station?

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
