• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, french, german and spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors, but in the second floor there are only 2 rooms (the tower).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are romantic and very quite.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV color in each room and is possible to see: CNN, Fox Channel, ZTF, Eurosport.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in each room, for free and of course you wont use it in winter.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have an internet point: extra charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have our private parking surveilled by video cameras.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can contact different rent-cars company.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  About 6 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can arrange it upon request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The bus arriving in this area is the N° 11 and the bus stop is 40 meters far from our hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  About 3.5 km - Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
