• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.

  Breakfast is included in the rate.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, it depends on consumation/useage.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Only a ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?

  No, we do not.

  La Fonte bus no. 33, ten minutes walking.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence S.Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are always welcome, but only small size and only in the room.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Nearby there are 2 restaurants (10 minutes walking). However, it is possible that the owner will prepare you a dinner.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
