• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 01:00 pm.
  Check-out: before 11:00 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The Price is per rrom per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included in the price, and it's buffet.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 4 floors including ground floor. We have also the elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, but just some rooms have the terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, but just some rooms have the balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Every room has satellite TV, with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, in every our room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, every room has the air conditioning and it's included in the room price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have an internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have an agreement with a safe garage very near to the hotel. Parking at a fee.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Very near our hotel there are filial of the HERTZ, AVIS, EUROPECAR, MAGGIORE and private renters. Just 5 minutes walk from our hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  It's Amerigo Vespucci Airport. From our hotel it is just 15 minutes by bus/car.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, but only on request. Otherwise there is the shuttle public service, that it stops just in front our hotel.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest and main bus stopped is that of the central station, therefore in front our hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It's Santa Maria Novella Station(Main Railway Station).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There isn't fitness center in our hotel, but there are two just behind our structure.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but just small pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but we have an agreement with very good tipical restaurant/trattorie near to us.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, it's possible.
