I went there to drop my bags off when I arrived at 8:30 am - but they were kind enough to give me my room at that time.

It was a great hotel all round. I think it should be more than a 3 star hotel - everything was so well done. The staff were extrememly friendly and helpful and the whole hotel and room was very clean. I was very happy with my stay there.

I had given a credit card number with my reservation that I wanted to use. However they couldn't find it and had to use another card that I had with me.

Beautiful. It was the nicest hotel (although most expensive) of my travel in Italy.

The Hotel has recently been refurbished to a very high standard.All the rooms are extremely clean and all public rooms are very good

Hotel is very convenient to the train station. No need for a taxi, just a short way to the right as you leave the station.

Nice hotel, short walk from the train station. Despite being in a busy part of town, the hotel was quiet. Everything you need in a hotel. Reasonable price and breakfast included.

The rooms were very clean and the room maids did a very good job. However, the rooms were quite small and there was not really sufficent hanging/drawer space for two people to unpack, particularly as we were staying for more than a week.

Good hotel, in excellent location with easy access to transport and all the sites in Florence. All the staff were very helpful. Would definitely stay at the Boccaccio again.

the directions were a little off because of the layout of Florence. we had to walk around a building to get to Via Della Strada, but it still took only a few minutes.

a fairly standard European mid-price hotel room (small by American standards but typical for Italy). the location was VERY conivenient to the train station. the staff was great, the breakfast was basic. working elevators, television and plenty of hot water. no problem with the language, everyone spoke english (although I tried to speak some italian)

there was only one clerk who was actually checking in a big group of 4 when we left, so it took a few extra minutes.

maybe provide exact walking direction instead of a map. once you know the way, it's only a couple of minutes.

Very clean, efficient small quality hotel close to the main train station. Close to local shopping (meaning non-touristy) better value shops that the Florentians shop in. Easy check in and out, no hidden charges. Basic breakfast and a very nice staff. Nice Raphaelle artwork in the room. Don't expect a view of the city though and it's a little noisy in the morning from the auto traffic.

Maybe that the hotel have staff that speaks very good english. That was a problem on severeal other hotels in Italy.

Hotel was on a very busy street, our room was on the side street so was fairly quiet. The double glazing cut out most of the street noise.

Location of hotel was very noisy - I would
have preferred a courtyard room but none
were available. The room was fairly
soundproof but still difficult to sleep
with traffic noise. You should provide
information about the option of getting
a quieter room that is not facing the
street.

breakfast could have more variety from day to day, rather than exactly the same items.

You should publish the cost of parking. The website makes parking sound easy and affordable. It wasn't.

Clean and nice. Good location across from the train station. Within walking distance to attractions. Hotel staff was helpful and nice. Don't park your car at the hotel.
