• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 7pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, only self catering accomodation.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartments are at first floor without lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, everything is provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, terrace with a fine view that sweeps from the Arno River up to Piazzale Michelangelo.

• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, with international channels (satellite TV).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, heating and air conditioning (if available) are both free.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?

  At main train station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just in front of the apartment.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  "Santa Maria Novella", 15 minutes by bus.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
