• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price given is the daily rate of a room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors and 1 lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes. All rooms overlook the panoramic view of the valley of Fiesole.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  None.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, every room is provided with the telephone and color TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Every room has the air conditioning and you dont have to payany extra charge for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, to the Hotel belongs a small garage with 5 parking spaces, extra charge, or you have the possibility to leave the car in front of the Hotel in quiet road not far from us.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In downtown Florence(7km) or at Pisa/Florence airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The bus 7 runs every 20 minutes fron the main square in Fiesole 300 metres far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The Florence railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, if they are quiet.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
