The apartment is located on the first floor of an historic building which is equipped with elevator. The apartment has a separate entrance, breakfast room, bathroom with shower, one twin bedroom (or on request double bed) and a large living room with single bed and an extra double sofa (extra charge). The separate kitchenette is fully equipped with washing machine, gas hobs, oven, fridge and freezer. |
 The apartment is also equipped with independent heating and during the summer the bedroom and a large living room are both air conditioned. There is colour TV, ironing facilities and hair dryer. The apartment is tastefully decorated with examples of "arte povera" furniture that is typical of Tuscany. |

The apartment is located on the third floor of an historic building which is not equipped with elevator, so the apartment is not suitable for elderly people. The apartment has a separate entrance, sitting/dining room with kitchen corner, two rooms with twin beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, a wardrobe and one small internal terrace. The apartment is equipped with independent heating, parquet floors (except the bathrooms) and is very luminous having a nice view over Piazza dei Ciompi and the historical centre of florence. |
