• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 4pm until 6pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per the complete apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, the balance.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The housekeeper is a kind Italian woman and... she speaks a very little little English, but usually the people have no problems to understand.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment is on the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linen and towels can be rent (13 Euros/person).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, there is a charming little courtyard with an old fountain of XVIth century.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, but the apartment is not hot.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but very close to the apartment there is an Internet point (one minute walk).
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, but in Florence there are many swimming pools open all day.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The closest garage is about 6 minutes walk away.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence Airport or in Florence.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence and then Pisa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No but there is a pubblic service (about 15 minutes)
  from Pisa airport there is a direct train each hour (about 1 hour from the Pisa airport to Florence Railway S.M.N.).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Close to the apartment in via Alfani.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella railway station is about 15 minutes far away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No bur there is a very close Gymnastic Center in Borgo Pinti 75.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
