 Borgo Pinti Apartment is an extermely charming place where to savor the atmosphere of a renovated, true artist's studio of the old-time Florence, within ten minutes'walk from the Duomo,the Synagogue, S.Croce, Piazza della Signoria.
Once sculptor Quinto Martini's studio, the apartment is on the ground floor, yet very bright and quiet respect to the sound of traffic, as it opens onto a small courtyard of exclusive property, adorned by a stone fountain dating back to the 17th century. |
 The apartment consists of two parts connected by a covered "loggia" on one side of the courtyard. As any of the parts has a bathroom and a bedroom, Pinti is specially suitable for people who would like to share an accommodation, though maintaining considerable privacy. |
 Approximately 85 sq.mtrs large, the apartment has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub/shower), a kitchen ,a dining area, a living and can accomodate up to 6 persons.
The location is interesting: the nearness of the Duomo (still "the"center of everything) indicates that all the must-see monuments, museums and areas are within easy reach (say 10 to 20 minutes'walk). |
 More specifically, Pinti is located at the intersection of two major neighbourhoods: the stylish Duomo area ( see also the fashion district around the Duomo: Gucci, Pucci, Prada, Cavalli...) and S.Croce. In addition to its artistic tresures, such as Giotto's frescoes inside S.Croce, or Brunelleschi's Cappella de' Pazzi, and Michelangelo'house, at present time this is one the most lively districts, day and night, with restaurants and "trattorias" of all kind, ranging from the up-upscale Enoteca Pinchiorri to small traditional unexpensive places, and interesting shops where to find unusual handcrafted gifts , old things and antiques ( there is flee-market every day). The nice food market of S.Ambrogio will provide you with the freshest greeneries, straight from the countryside, every morning.
