Room Service: La Grand Carte offers local, Mediterranean and international specialities such as lobster pudding on sweet pepper cream, fregala - a special Sardinian pasta with porcini mushrooms, and scallops and nepitella - a wild boar stew with braised artichokes and flambéed coconut apples. Room Service from the Palazzo Gaddi is available during restaurant opening hours.

Meetings & Events: The hotel's Conference Centre is in the historic Palazzo Gaddi, a beautiful 17th-century building whose five rooms are decorated with remarkable Renaissance frescoes. The largest, the Sala delle Feste and the Sala Luca Giordano, can accommodate up to 150 people. Apart from the basic equipment, numerous other services can be provided on request, from simultaneous translation to videoconferencing facilities.
