• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In: from 02:00 p.m.
  Check Out: before Midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, the buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill when you prefer.
  
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The property has 2 floors and we have not an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the rooms are very quiet, private and comfortable.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, we have rooms with terrace, room with direct access to the garden and rooms with only a window.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, every room has a colour sat TV.
  
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, every room has a direct dial telephone and a plug for the internet.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, every room is equipped with air conditioning and independent heating and it's included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is the Internet acces in your room but you need to have your own computer or there are a lot of internet points nearby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, the hotel has a private parking and it is included in the rate.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car down town Florence or at the airport.
  
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Fiesole you can find everithing you need.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Amerigo Vespucci Airport in Florence is at 15 km, Galileo Galiei Airport in Pisa is at 100 km from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is in Fiesole, 1 km far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Santa Maria Novella, 7 km far from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only the small size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but we will glad to suggest you a lot of good tipical tuscany restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
