• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes. It is a cold buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, at the departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our staff speak English, French, German, Dutch, Portuguese and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 3 floor and there is an elevator (lift).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms on the courtyard or on the back are certainly quieter even if we have double paned windows.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No. We though have a public covered terrace (loggia) from where you can see part of the room of the cathedral and the bell tower of Giotto.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the rooms don't have it. There is though a public cvered porch (loggia)on the 2nd floor.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We do a special treatment to clean the room.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, it is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes there is air conditioning in summer time and heating in wintertime.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have a free internet point at disposal of our guests.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The hotel has a private garage with an extra charge; when our garage is full we assure a parking in a garage just next door.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Our reception desk will provide you with information and help you in booking.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The A. Vespucci (called Peretola) 6 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we don't have it.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  About 100 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  About 400 metres.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there isn't. There is a gymnasium about 100 meters from the hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome (except in the breakfast room).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there isn't. We have many restaurants and trattorie around our hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, it is possible.
