• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes. Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our staff speaks English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  4 floors, 2 elevators for each one of the 2 hotel wings.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the room are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, a few.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes. All rooms are equipped with satellite television and direct line telephone.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning during summer time, heating during winyer time, are given for free
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  2 internet corners in the lobby area.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes. With an extra-charge of approx 30 euro per day.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The Hotel can help you to rent a car. Or you can rent a car at Florence railway station or Pisa/Florence airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport is 6 km's away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  A private pick up service is arranged by the Hotel Concierge on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Duomo Square, 50 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  500 mt away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, Santa Elisabetta Restaurant open for lunch and dinner.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can, but you cannot take advantage of the ADSL line (speed connection line) from the bedrooms.
