The soggiorno campos wasn't signposted outside the building and with Firenze signposting (red and blue etc), it was very confusing. The accommo would benefit from external signing.

Easy to find the building but Reception on the first floor was not obvious, we had to ask others in the building. A clearer sign at the front door would help.

The lobby of the building is not very clean and smelt bad when we were there. This is a shared area of the building and the room was fine. The lobby is a bit off putting though.

I arrived by train, the hotel is close to the train station so very easy to find with a map. The staff speak good English and were always present during the day. They give you a number to call if there are any problems during the night when they are not there.

I read some bad reviews about the hotel and really can't understand this. For the price you pay this hotel is great. The room was clean and simple but nicely furnished. The hotel is very close to one of the street markets and the Duomo. I'm 24 and stayed for just a couple of nights with my girlfriend and it was a very happy stay. Breakfast is basic and served in your room but again... for the price you pay this was fine for me.

The breakfast wasn't great. On the website they say what they offer (continental breakfast) but it's not the same. You're better off spending a few euros outside at a cafe for breakfast.
Overall, I had a great stay. Definitely worth it's value. Spacious A/C room, hot shower, comfortable bed. Probably the same thing as going to a hotel. I give it an A+!

the hotel when you get to it is actually called something else so it was very confusing

The property wsa very noisy. It seemed that some of the rooms were on a permanent let basis and there was lots of shouting and coming and goings all throught the night. We did ask for a quieter room but were refused.

We were originally told there would be air conditioning. Although there was an air conditioning unit, it was not operational.
