• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 9am until 2pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Our hearty and abundant buffet breakfast included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The house has 2 floors (ground floor and first floor and no lift).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our rooms are so quiet and romantic that are often chosen by honeymooners.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, a room does have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do. All rooms are strictly non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is provided on request with no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, the breakfast room can be used also for meals.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but all rooms have Internet access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, in front of the house is available a free on street parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Peretola (Amerigo Vespucci) airport. Is possible also in Borgo Ognissanti at the beginning of the ciy centre.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Peretola (Amerigo Vespucci) airport (7 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not, but there is a very convenient bus linking the airport to Santa Maria railway station (Volainbus).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is at 150 meters far from the house (lines n. 36 and 37).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella railway station (2 km).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
