We were greeted by the sweetest woman-
Roberta- who helped us to orient ourselves to
Florence- pointing out many wonderful site on
the map and she couldn't have been more
hospitable. We would stay there again and will
recommend the apartment to our friends.

Best place we stayed in Europe. Except for the
Rome Hilton- but what can compare with that
luxury!!

the apartment was cute, clean, conveniently

A perfect place to stay in Florence! The apartment is charming, spacious, and well-equipped, and the owners are very helpful. Casabella is perfect for two people since the main bedroom overlooks a little courtyard and is exquisitely quiet. The living room overlooks the lively Piazza, which is exciting during the day and early evening, but it can be a bit noisy as a second bedroom if people are trying to get to sleep before midnight so they can get to the museums first thing in the morning. Overall, a perfect apartment.

A clean, modern, and well-equipped flat, with special accommodations for American coffee and a microwave/convection oven. Best feature: the windows out to the Piazzale dei Mercato Centrale, which is hopping all day and always has something to observe. Loved waking up each morning to the church bells from San Lorenzo, too. Quiet, thanks to the double-glazed windows, but most of the time we opened the windows to hear the musicians playing at the restaurants below. I will book again.

There was no mention of the shower, and no photo that let us know that a shower was there. Also no mention that the bedroom was one large bed for two, and the living room had two singles, with one a trundle, and a curtain for privacy to make the living room a separate space.

We loved meeting Alessandra, and left a small list of items that would add to the use of the place--like a clock, hot pads, a paring knife, a baking pan for the oven. What a wonderful space! I hate to recommend it so highly that I will never be able to book it again!

One queen bed, two singles in the living room for two additional people (the '2+2' description was not adequate). Great space for a family, but third floor in Italy is the fourth floor to Americans--49 steps up.
Quiet, recently remodeled, well-equipped.
One more suggestion: a 'welcome basket' with dry pasta, tomato sauce, some fruit--just to make one meal for the first night. Would have been very helpful, since the mercato centrale is closed in the afternoon, and the other markets are not nearby.

Recently updated, quiet, and located in easy walking distance to shopping, major attractions in central Florence, bus stops, and the train station. A great 'headquarters' for side trips in Tuscany, too. Wonderful view on the piazza below, where there is always activity, but quiet with the windows closed. A great location!

We called the owner's husband to tell him we were at the apartment. He met us there shortly.

This apartment was better than we had anticipated! We had a wonderful stay. The air conditioning was fabulous since we were there during a heat wave. The location was fabulous and we absolutely loved everything about our stay here! We would definitely recommend it and will look to stay here again if we get another opportunity to travel to Florence.

wonderful to be met by the owner of the apartment. He showed us around and gave us contact numbers if we had any problems with the flat.
It was all made very easy for us.

we checked out ourselves just by leaving the keys. Our leaving time was flexible as no one else was arriving at the apartment that day. It was great for us as we had an evening flight out.

I would recommend this entire service to anyone. The apartment was everything you would need in Florence. The location would be hard to beat. The beauty of having an apartment was that you could come and go as you please and buy the fantastic local food from the market over the road,making the whole Italian experience even better !!

Bedroom is on the other side of the building not on the side of the market - it is very quiet!

Great place to stay, close to major sites and trains and buses.
Proximity to Marceto Centrale makes shopping for food great fun.
If you are coming for short stay - bring salt, pepper and sugar (not easy to buy in small quantities).

Becasue this is an apartment and not a hotel, we had to call the proprietor, who came to let us in immediatley. No problem.

Everything was perfect...except that the pullout bed could have had a better mattress.
The location in the market was fun, and surprisingly quiet.

If you have heavy luggage as I always do you will have some workout ahead of you in bringing them upstairs. All the other aspects were positive.

Explain that there is a trundle bed in the sitting area - which was very comfortable. A curtain can be pulled to provide privacy for sleeping and separate from kitchen area.
