• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In any time, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, but the apartment is fully equipped to prepare your breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can and we prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the building there are 3 floors. The apartment is on the 2° floor. No lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the apartment is quiet and you have 2 romantic rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided; the rate includes: weekly change of linens for the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in the apartment, but not satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is no telephone, but it is possible to rent a mobile phone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning and it is included.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A garage is available at the Mercato Centrale square.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the railay station, Santa Maria Novella, 200 mt.
  
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence "Peretola" airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Via Nazionale, 40 mt.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella station, 200 mt.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many restaurants in Mercato Centrale square.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
