At the price are included: all taxes, Italian breakfast at the Caffe (cappucino and briosce), daily cleaning, change towels every 3 days, change linens one time a week, the map of the Florence and tourist informations, booking tickets at the museums, restaurants, taxi and tours. Non included at the price: extra bed at the room, the breakfast at the room (on request), street parking.

| Cancellation Policy | |
Free cancellation can be made up until 7 days before the check-in day. For cancellations made after this time a cancellation fee of 50% of the entire stay will be charged. All times refer to the local time at the property. For no-show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 168 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
