| Cancellation Policy | |
La nostra politica di cancellazione non prevede cancellazioni senza penali. Un deposito del 50% del costo del soggiorno ( non restituibile ) sarà prelevato al momento della conferma della prenotazione. Our cancellation policy is NOT free of charge. In case of any cancellation we will keep a not refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount . The 50% deposit ( not refundable ) will be charged against your credit card on reservation in order to guarantee your booking.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 720 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |

| Check In / Check Out Time | |
Check-in: reception is open Monday to Sunday from 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and from 3.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. Guest rooms are available at any time between midday and 6 p.m., unless otherwise specified. Clients are also requested to notify the property of their estimated arrival time one week prior to scheduled arrival, via fax or e-mail. To facilitate check-in operations, please call upon arrival. Late check-in or check-out is subject to a charge of 20,00.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the guest rooms not later than 10 a.m.
Please Note : on the 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st of December, and on the 1st and 6th of January check-in is available until 1 p.m.; if you have special requirements, please let the staff know a week in advance. |
