• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 6pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Special arrival and departure times can be arranged. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price listed is per apartment per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included for self-catering apartments.
• Is heating included in the price?
  All utilities are included for stays of a week or less. For longer stays utilities are charged based upon consumption.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Balance must be paid upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors in the building. The building was once part of an ancient and historical palace. No lift is available.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes. Five of the six apartments have a romantic and charming view of Piazza Signoria and have sound proofed windows. They are very silent!
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes. Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but the window views are majestic
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, but the window views are stunning.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The apartments are all non-smoking only.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes. TV is available in each apartment with satellite channels. Each apartment also has a DVD player.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  At the moment there are no telephones in the apartment but mobile phones can be rented through our reception office.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is available in each room in all apartments at no extra charge for the first week stay. Longer stays are charged based upon consumption.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes. Apartments have a dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Each apartment has ADSL connection availablility included in rental fee. For special/urgent needs the office computer as well as FAX machine may be available for guests without a computer.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, but swimming pools do exist in Florence proper.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Being in the center, literally in Piazza Signoria, there is no parking or garage allowed. However, parking or garage services are available and can be arranged at nominal fees.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Our offices can help to rent a car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence, Amerigo Vespucci, 20 minutes by taxi
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can arrange for a car/driver rental or taxi for the transfer
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Nearest bus stop is 2-5 minutes walking, depending on directions.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Firenze Santa Maria Novella (Fi SMN)10 minutes walking.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Fitness Centers are nearby in the Florence center.
• Are pets welcome?
  No pets are allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, however a vast number of restaurants and cafés are in and around the square of Piazza Signoria. Our guests receive courtesy discounts at several nearby establishments.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes. There is an ADSL line in each apartment.
