We couldn't have asked for a better location. It was so convenient to everything we wanted to see. The view overlooking the busy Plaza was perfect - entertaining, yet no problem with noise.

I would definitely recommend the apartment to a friend. Were I to ever return to Florence, I would hope to stay here again. It was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. The staff was very accomodating to our needs. We did find (in most buildings) that what we consider the 1st floor is actually the ground floor, so that there was usually one or two more flights of stairs than anticipated. Not a problem, just something to be aware of.

A beautifully appointed apartment overlooking one of the most historically important and attractive piazza's in Florence. The apartment is within metres of some of the great attractions and restaurants in Rome and the Simonetta and Janis were extremely friendly and helpful.

I had an absolutely wonderful Stay in Florence and would have to return only to be able to stay again at La Casa Del Garbo. Janis and Simonetta were delightful hostesses. Their Smiling Face made all our travel fatigue disappear.
Janis was kind enough to recommend some excellent eateries and even offered to help us order the takeaway as we could not speak Italian.
Janis went out of her way to make us feel COMFORTABLE and AT HOME in Florence.
The Apartment was gorgeous and well appointed.
I'd have to give La Casa Del Garbo a THUMBS UP!!!!!!

Just inclide that there is no Washing Machine.
Besides that the apartment was EXCELLENT.

The piazza can be very noisy on week-end nights, but the location is still very worth while. We loved our apartment and it's views. Casa Del Garbo is 'ground zero' for tourist activities.

accomodation was great and Janis was very helpful. We got lost on arrival and she came to meet us.

Both Simonetta and Janis were at the apartment when we arrived. Janis was able to show us around the apartment and help us find our way around the city.

La Casa del Garbo is in an outstanding location. We had a beautiful view of the square. Everything in the apartment was new and in perfect working condition. Excellent value.

Beuatifully kept, nicely furnished, well equipped apartment in fantastic location with wonderful views. Janis was most helpful with museum reservations and recommendations on local stores.

Location of the property is ideal.

Check out was excellent. It was a Sunday so the taxi was pre-arranged and a staff member helped us with our luggage.

We thought we were getting one room with 3 beds but got a two bedroom 'apartment' which was perfect. It was VERY clean, as well and quiet, especially for being on such a busy piazza.

I would highly recommend it. I travel to Florence every year and was extremely skeptical given the location and the price. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice, in the center with nice view, but no parking space.
Good accomodation, good rooms, very good position for thr evenings.
You need to check out on time, 11 or 10.00, the cleaning lady is there and no longer stay.
