Parking with valet service is not included in the price and costs EUR 20,00 a day. Limousine service from and to Pisa and Florence airports is subject to charges. Further details on request. Inter-city phone calls (not mobile phones) are included in the price. Wi-Fi Internet connection is free of charge. Use of Internet Point is free of charge. Use of Turkish Bath costs EUR 100,00. Massage service is not included in the price. Baby cots cost EUR 20,00.

| Cancellation Policy | |
Compulsory DEPOSIT of 1 or 2 nights. Gentlemans Agreement:-UP TO 15 DAYS from arrival date you lose it -WITHIN 15 DAYS you have to pay the remaining part of your stay - which is at check in, or through debiting your card in - case of no-show. It will no longer be possible to REFUND you unless we give your room out again, in this case we will return part or all the charge (also your deposit) according to the nights we can sell out and only retain bank commissions.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 360 hours before your arrival date. |
