• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included in the price. It is a rich continental breakfast served in-room.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You are asked to settle the bill at your arrival. We will debit your credit card for the entire stay unless you do not like the accommodation when you check in.
  Otherwise you will be considered to have consented to all these rules and conditions.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors, 2 of which are given by the Owners to Casa Howard Guest House.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet and romantic, but those on Via della Scala could be a little bit noisy very early in the morning and very late at night.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, the Game Room does.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, the Game Room does.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non-smoking. The Camel Room is the only room where guests may smoke.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV with International channels in each of our rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Every room has got a telephone. You may phone in Italy for free, but cellular calls or international will be billed.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is individually controlled and free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but there are many parkings nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Santa Maria Novella Railway Station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  "A. Vespucci" (Peretola) airport (approx. 8 km far from us).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Please make a special request, should you prefer to have a driver service from Pisa (train highly suggested) or from Rome airports.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Few metres far from us.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella Railway Station (150 metres far from us).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not but.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are but in the Game Room only.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but the area is full of fine restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can. We have WI-FI Internet access in all rooms.
