Cancellation 15 to 5 days before arrival: your credit card will be charged with 40% of total amount of the reservation Cancellation 4 days before arrival: your credit card will be charged with 70% of total amount of the reservation Cancellation or modification of number of nights on arrival or no/show: your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the reservation.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 360 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |

Check-in: the rooms are available from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Later arrivals are to be communicated. Guests are pleased to communicate the arrival time and in case the flight number, at the reservation time.
