• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 9am until 1pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building is on the first floor. There is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Each room is quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The property has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite Tv in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes. No extra charge for it.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, but only for groups of min. 8 people, under
  reservation.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have two internet access points. No extra charge for our guests.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes. There is a garage nearby with which we have a special agreement for parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nearby.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Airport Amerigo Vespucci of Florence.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bus no. 14 Via Verdi (20 metres).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes. Each room has its own connection (no wireless).
