• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Full American breakfast is included in the price (only in the room).
• Is heating included in the price?
  No, it is not.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, it is not possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Each room has its own unique style and antique furnishings. Most of them enjoyes superb views over the Chianti hills.
  
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No private terrace, only common terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No private balcony, only common balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone but not direct dialling.
  
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
  
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have on request.
  
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, it is.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Florence.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are in Grassina.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Montauto Castle is 20 minutes driving distance from Florence airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Grassina, 2 km.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
