| Cancellation Policy | |
If the cancellation or modification occurs less then 15 days prior to the arrival date, a ONE NIGHT PENALTY will be charged. In case of a "NO SHOW" 100% full payment will be charged. DEPOSIT: for a long stay (more than 5 nights booked) or a group (2 or more rooms booked for more than 2 nights) we will charge a 10% DEPOSIT at the booking confirmation. The deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE in any case. The ONE NIGHT PENALTY will be added to the 10% DEPOSIT CHARGED in case of later cancellati.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 360 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
