• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm until 6pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, we are not serving breakfast but there are many typical historical florentine cafés with delicious pastries nearby our palace.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is an elevator in the building however in order to reach the elevator there are 20 steps to climb and the elevator is very small.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are private and very romantic, not only because of the furniture but especially because of the view.
  All the rooms are equipped with double windows.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they don't.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they don't.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all rooms are equipped with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone in each room and you can call outside.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in the rooms. It is seasonal and without any extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there is an Internet Café just outside the palace.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there isn't.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes there is a garage very closed to us, daily rate starts from 24.00 Eur per day.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Our Relais can help you to rent a car. You can rent it at Florence railway station or Pisa/Florence airport too.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Peretola Florence Airport, 6 kilometers/20 minutes by car.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we don't.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  For the electric bus A, in Via Pellicceria.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella Train station, 10 minutes by foot.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there isn't.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they aren't.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there isn't.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
