• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is always included in the price. You may chose among an Italian or English breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, Italian and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our B&B is located at the first floor of an historical palace, which has not the lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our B&B is really a romantic place! The quietest room in the B&B is the one called "Principe de Curtis" (the one with the blue furniture).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The room, "Luigi Pirandello" (green furniture) does have a balcony. The other 2 rooms do have very large windows.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have a non smoking B&B.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Satellite plasma-screen TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is, but you cannot receive phone-calls directly in your rooms. You can only make external phone-calls from your rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is the air conditioning in all rooms and it is included in the price. You can switch it on-off at your pleasure, at any time, since you will be provided with a remote-control for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have, but you can plug your modem and surf the Internet from your rooms if you have a laptop.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Not there is not, but in Florence there are 7 swimming-pools (open-air or indoor).
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, it is not available, but there are many parking areas (not free) near our B&B.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are many renting companies near our B&B.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Firenze Peretola.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have, I am sorry.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is just in front of our B&B.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze Santa Maria Novella, which is 10-15 minutes walking from the B&B.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can, but the phone-costs for surfing the Internet will be charged to you.
