We stayed in the back room - it was very very lovely and quiet. Our friends stayed in the room facing the street and they were very unhappy. The room was so noisy that they did not sleep all night. We were told that new windows were being put in and that would help the situate. The price for the rooms should be adjusted based on this 'huge' inconvenience to the customers

Your bathrooms were very spacious and lovely. Very unusual for a Europeon B&B - it was great. The beds were very comfortable.
It should be noted in the website about the room facing the street - we were told that there is to be no traffic on the street after 10:30, but that was not true

We were very, very happy during our hole stay in Florence and I am shure, we will come back very soon! Cavour 10 was a very lovely place to stay and Mrs. Juliette was so kind and very helpful. All 3 rooms are so lovely and beautiful but 'Duse' and 'Pirandelli' are a little bit loud. We were in 'Curtis', which was nicely quiet.

The only negative detail is, that the 2 rooms which shows to the street are loud, but they are very, very beautiful and show directly to the Palazzo Medici. There are people who are not so sensible for the noise.

Cavour 10 is a really lovely, beautiful and romantic place, where you get your independence and privacy and where you are welcomed very nicely.

Angela met us and showed us to a beuatifully decorated room. Very clean and quaint. Comfortabel bed, Great shower. Lovely painted ceiling. Even allowed us to use her private phone so we could call our kids. Although we would be checking out while Angela was away at work, she promised to make arrangements for a cab to pick us up. True to her word, it was there right on time. Great location - very close to the Duomo, and all other sites.

Cavour 10 is a beautiful hotel and Juliette was a very nice and helpful host. It was a very lovely and beautiful room that added to the delight of our stay in Florence. The room was exactly like the website and the location (near the Duomo) was excellent. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Florence.

It would be a good idea to include customer comments on website so other travellers know what to expect when booking a room.
