• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, whenever you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our staff speaks English, German, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  4 floors with Elevator/Lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are many. Some have baldaquin beds other have wooden ceilings.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only a few have balcony but there is a beautifull terrace with bar on top floor.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we got no smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes. All rooms are equipped with satellite television with international channel.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms and public areas have airconditioning. No extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is an internet point with high speed line. Free of charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, we don't have swimming pool in the Hotel, but you will find one in the area.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking facilities are available near the Hotel, Private garage and open air parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence railway station or Pisa/Florence airport. Front desk will help.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport. 10 minutes drive by taxi.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can provide limousine service from and to airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bus stop is 3 min walk to Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Central Train station, 5 minutes walk distance.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Fitness centre, day spa, is only 5 min walk.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can connect modem in the room.
