• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 9am until 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included but the apartments are equipped with kitchen.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want to.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors, the lift only arrives to some part of the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all of them.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a courtyard but it is in common to all the rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Two apartments have the balcony and two apartments have a garden.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have TV but we haven't international channel.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  To call outside you have to pass through the reception but there is a telephone in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not but each apartment has its own living room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Everywhere, ask at the reception for further information.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Amerigo Vespucci.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is located 100 metres away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  About 1 km. Firenze Campo di Marte.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but there is gym next door.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small animals are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but there are many nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
