Coming by car from the A1 highway: exit "Firenze Certosa" and then follow the signs for the city centre up to Piazzale della Porta Romana. Turn right into Via Gusciana and after 600 metres turn right into Piazza Torquato Tasso. Proceed along Via del Leone and then turn right following for Borgo san Frediano. Turn left into Volta di Cestello and you will arrive in Piazza di Cestello. We are at number 9.
Coming by train: get off at Santa Maria Novella railway station and then take bus D from Piazza Santa Maria Novella (the bus stop is on the side which overlooks the church). Get off in Lungardo Soderini and then walk for few metres up to Piazza di Cestello. We are at number 9.
Coming by air: from Peretola airport there is a bus running every 15 minutes up to Santa Maria railway station. Once there take bus D, get off in Lungarno Soderini and then walk for few metres up to Piazza di Cestello. We are at number 9. |
