• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 4pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes the heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, it is not possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, Italian, English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors. Only one floor with guest rooms on the main bulding. There is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, we provide it.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, the property is equipped with a big terrace where breakfast is daily served during the summer. Guests can use the terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in every room. No extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, we do not have a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A parking is available nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Florence city centre. Ask on arrival for further information.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Christy's Bed & Breakfast is 10 minutes driving from the airport Vespucci and 1 hour away from Pisa airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Private transfer can be organized for guest with an outside company.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza Alberti.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence main station Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  A gymnasium is available in the neibouhood.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are several nice restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, it is possible.
