• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 11pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Italian breakfast is included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, we prefer on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Cimarosa residence is on the ground floor (no elevator).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all of them are very quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there are no terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a tv in each room, without international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is no telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is no air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a dining room and a kitchen.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not but you can park in the street.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Piazzale di Porta al Prato, 10 minuti dal Residence.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Airport Vespucci di Firenze Peretola.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is in Piazza S. Iacopino, 30 metres from the Residence.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, animals are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many nice restaurants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
