• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In: from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  Check Out: before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill when you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, French, Italian and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The Cimatori is located on the second floor of a 18th Century building. There isn't an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes. They are tastefully furnished and the original wooden ceilings give a charming touch.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but all the rooms have a windows.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, there isn't a TV in the rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, every room has a private telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, every room is equipped with air conditioning and it's included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a dining room where you could sometimes all dine together, but you cannot use the kitchen to cook the food.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is the Internet acces in your room but you need to have your own computer or there are a lot of internet points nearby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, but you can find a swimming pool near our property.
• Is parking or garage available?
  You cannot park in the centre of Florence, so you have to park your car nearby at the garage Bargello in Ghibellina Street, just 2 minutes walk and the price is 24 Euro per day.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the Florence' airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Amerigo Vespucci Airport in Florence is at 8 km, Galileo Galiei Airport in Pisa is at 108 km from our Guest House.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but the shuttle from the airport will leave you at the Florence Central Station, from there you can take the bus line A that will leave you in frot of the property.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop (Line A) is just in front of the Cimatori Guests House.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not in the property but there is a gym nearby.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but we will be more than glad to suggest you a lot of good tipical tuscany restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
