• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  1 floor without elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, very quiet private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided by us.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Windows overlooking Florence.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Satellite tv in all rooms (cnn-bbc-eurosport etc...).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning in the rooms without extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Florence or Airport.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes about 1.5 km from the villa.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence Airport "A. Vespucci" 20 minutes driving from the villa.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Antella village, 1.5 km from the villa.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  10.5 km from the villa.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Room Violetta has a jacuzzi tub.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you should use our computer.
