Very poliote and helpful in getting luggage up and disposing of car efficiently!

We found the facility excellent--the staff was charming and the location outstanding.

(We did recommend to some folks when we were in teh CInque Terre and they booked it!) THe location is outstanding, the rooms very clean, the staff polite and helpful. We had an excellent experience at the Hotel Columba and would definitely stay again. Breakfast was very nice.

It was OK, but I would not recommend it unless there was nothing else available. The nice part was the private bath, but it had a very 'institutional' feel.

My arrival was very late at night and I was pleased with the reception I got.

Friendly personnel, clean accomodation and in a very central area. I can highly recommend this hotel and intend to stay there myself on my next trip.
