• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday until 8pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and a little German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are on the second floor and we do not have any lift.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there are no terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only 2 rooms have a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We have only 6 rooms with air conditionig and there is not any extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  You can use our computer for e-mail.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking nearby, the cost is 15 euros for 24 hours.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The major companies have an office in town and one at the airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Amerigo Vespucci in Florence the area is called Peretola.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have this service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front of us you have a bus stop for few buses, but many buses stop in San Marco Square.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but there are many good restaurants in the area.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot but there are several internet points in the area.
