• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  7 floors, elevator from ground to 6th floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are quiet and romantic, specially those rooms with view on the river Arno or on the Florentine roofs.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  No.

  Yes, but on request.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Florence railway station or Pisa/Florence airport. We can do also do it for you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Amerigo Vespucci Airport, 5 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Railway Station S.M. Novella, 1 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes: Fitness centre, sauna and massages, sightseeing solarium.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes. Small size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
