centralyn located.Personnel is helpful and friendly. Area appears to be safe. It is a very good place tostay while in Florence. Inside, the hotel is very pretty.

Better than most 4 star hotels. Perfectly situated for transportation & attractions.

This was the perfect spot for us. 5 blocks from the train station.
The staff was great. They have a great bar also.
Rooms were clean and neat.
I would recommend this to anyone looking for affordable clean hotel in Florence.

Description in the website is complete and concise. Location and accomodation were as stated, thus expectations were met.

The location is very strategic since it is just a 5 minute-walk from the terminal and we were free of the hassle of carrying luggages over bridges to reach the hotel. Its right beside the market as well, with restaurants beside, across, and within walking distance from the hotel. The service is excellent.

Very noisy room at front of hotel. No english tv channel apart from BBC News,no directions for the TV, no tissues in the room.
The place was nicely appointed but very spartan in the rooms and in the friendliness of the people.
Breakfast went to 10.00 a.m. but on arriving at 9.45, very little available.

I would suggest trying somewhere else as thought it was expensive for service received.

I t went very smoothly.

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious for a Europen hotel room.That is my major requirement. The pillows are awful and they do not provide extra ones in the room . I could of asked for on but I didn't.That is the worst thing I can say about the hotel. The only negative thing about the room but I discovered it pretty much everywhere is that the rooms are dark.Other than that it was perfect for our needs. We were never there.

The key card to my room didn't work but the staff was very nice and helpful re-checking the key card and also offering me a standard key to get into my room.

At first the volume on my television wasn't working but they promptly sent someone to my room to fix the problem...seems a cable had been pulled out while the room had been cleaned.

A very nice 3 star hotel as far as Italian standards go. I would definately stay there again.
