• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 9am until 5pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Organic breakfast buffet is included in the price. Nature is an essential part of the breakfast menu at Corte Armonica. The continental buffet breakfast is carefully selected according to organic standards.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Russian, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is only one floor, therefore there is no need of elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are very quiet and romantic rooms wiht beautiful view. The blue room is a spacious, warm, secluded room, perfect for honeymoon.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The blue room does have a private terrace.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do, because all rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV with international channels in the sitting room, not in the rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, only connection between the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no need of air conditioning, as the rooms are very fresh and well ventilated.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is: you can use the kitchen on request, which is very beautiful and with a very large table.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have. Wireless fast internet is included in the price.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a swimming pool open from June to September.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car either at the airport, either in Florence, 8 km from the property. We provide you a list of the nearest car rental. We provide bycicle rental to reach Fiesole.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, in Fiesole, at 4 km from the property.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence airport "A.Vespucci". Pisa airport is 90 km far away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, if you don't want to rent a car, you can book a taxi at an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest regular bus-stop is in Fiesole (bus number 7 to and from Florence) at 4 km from the property. A small bus(no.45) runs from our property to Fiesole and back at 8.00am, 11.30am, 14.15pm, at 5.30pm, 7.20pm. On sundays at 9.15am and at 6.00pm. We provide bycicle rental to reach Fiesole.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Florence: Firenze Santa Maria Novella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  From July 2006 we will have gym facilities and a 800 m. stroll around the park.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, well trained pets of small size are welcome, but sleeping outside the house.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You can connect your modem so that you can surf the Internet from the sitting room, not fom the room.
