• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, it is possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel is at the second floor of an historical palace of four floors. There is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are very quiet because they are all soundproof, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes there is a colour TV, but with no international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialing telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning with personal regulation in every room. No extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but we offer valet parking in a private garage with extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception.

  A. Vespucci Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.

  The nearest bus-stop is in Piazza Duomo or in Via Martelli (400 m).

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.

  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
