• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  Check-out: before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is for apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill when you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Both apartments are located on the second floor the building. There is not an elevator.
  
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes. The apartments are elegantly furnished and the original wooden ceilings give a charming touch.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, there is no terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, Satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Telephone mobile for hiring.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, every room is equipped with air conditioning and it is included in the price.
  
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, each apartment is equipped with a dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  You cannot park in the centre of Florence, so you have to park your car nearby at the garage Bargello in Ghibellina Street, just 2 minutes walking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nearby you can find the main car rentals or if you prefer you can rent a car at the airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Amerigo Vespucci Airport in Florence is at 8 km, Galileo Galiei Airport in Pisa is at 108 km from our Dante Alighieri Apartment.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but the shuttle from the airport will leave you at the Florence Central Station, from there you can take the bus line A that will leave you in front of the property. If you are giong to Santa Maria Novella apartment you can just walk three minutes from the station.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop (Line A) is just in front of the Dante Alighieri Apartment. Santa Maria Novella is located near the station and many of the buses of the city have a stop there.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Santa Maria Novella (15 minutes walking or 5 minutes by bus or taxi).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not in the property but there is a gym nearby.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only the small size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but we will be more than glad to suggest you a lot of good tipical Tuscan restaurants.
  
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
