• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: from 10.00 am.
  Check-out: before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A special Italian breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, it is not possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German, Polish, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors. Only 2 floors with guest rooms on the main building. There is a modern and comfortable elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The ancient Davabzati Palace and its surroundings have been completely renovated and offers a breathtaking range of possibilities for our guests. Each room has its own unique style and antique furnishing, with only the finest materials used in the design of each spacious room. Most of them with superb views over the old Palaces and Museums of Florence.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Just the suite has a private terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are no rooms with balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have a fast connection free internet point at the reception plus ALL the rooms have free direct high speed internet access. If you don't have a computer you can rent one for the whole day.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A parking is available. The price for every day is 26 Euro with withdrawal and return of your car wherever you are.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in Florence or with the concierge.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Hotel Davanzati is 10 minutes driving distance from Florence airport and 1h15 from Pisa airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Private transfer can be organised for guests with an outside company. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service from the hotel to the city centre avoids parking problems.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  All the bus numbers arrive at 300 mt from Davanzati Palace Hotel being in the center and very close to the station.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Florence Main Station - Santa Maria Novella: 300 mt.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Unfortunately pets, even small ones, are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there isn't but the hotel has a lot of conventions with the finest tipical Florentine restaurants in the center.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You don't have to use your modem, a free LAN connection will put you in a free direct high speed internet access.
