• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 10am, Check Out before 1pm. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  European breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French, Japanese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel is located on the first floor and there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only one room has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is but without international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in the city.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Florence is the nearest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do but only for guests staying a minimum of four nights.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is only 150 meters from the hotel, in Via Niccolini.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Firenze Santa Maria Novella is the nearest train station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
