This was one of the best hotels Ive stayed in certainly for the price. Could not do enough for you. Very clean Very specious, nice and quiet it was fantastic.

Fantastic, bill there offered to phone me a taxi, hoped I enjoyed the rest of the holiday and could not have been better.
Far better than the Roman ghetto I was about to go to(didnt book that through you).

The Worldby website is excellent. The paperwork necessary to book my hotel was minimal and straight-forward. The Hotel D'Azeglio was just out and out EXCELLENT in all ways.The owners were kind and considerate and very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and kept very clean over our two week visit. A complimentary carafe of juice was provided to us on our arrival and also periodically throughout our stay when we arrived back there after a tiring day of walking in downtown Florence. The hotel was within easy walking distance of all sights in Florence and was mere steps away from evening restaurants. I would rate our experience with your company (WorldBy) and this hotel as EXCELLENT++++++.

As mentioned above I would recommend this hotel and your company as the best. Both my wife and I are seasoned (experiencd) travellers and this was one of our most memorable stays. Does WorldBy have hotels in Barcelona? We have had a terrible time trying to book a hotel/apartment in Barcelona. Your website would be as good as The BytArgentina website that we used to book an apt. in Buenos Aires.

We had paid when we arrived and so all we had to do when we checked out was to turn in our key and say good-bye.

There are no negatives and the positives are that the hotel attributes are probably understated because this is truly a fine small (boutique) hotel that is very reasonably priced for the quality you receive.

Book it early to make sure you get a room and spend the money you save on food and drink in downtown Florence.

The only problem was there was no hot water for most of our stay as we got up later than the other guests and also they had baths hence all the hot water was used up. We did mention it to the staff but they said there was nothing they could do about it.

Be aware that hot water is not available unless you get up at 6am.

The room was basic, but nice and big. It was also very quiet which was great. The only thing I would fault is the shower...because it has no case at the bottom..showers drench the floor.
Oh ya-on our first night we went out and knew we'd be home late so we left our key in at reception to pick it up later. When we arrived back to the hotel it was around 1:30 or so and the reception was empty and our key was just left out on the reception desk which I thought was extremely odd and dangerous I have to admit!

We had to check out early and they were very helpful in organising a taxi for us. There was a problem with my payment though cos the person who checked us out wasn't the person who checked us in and he was unsure as to the balance payment because it had been charged then voided off my credit card which was abit of a pain..he was extremely apologetic though.

It was a more than adequate stay and at the price it is, it certainly was good value..it is abit of a trek from the train station though so I'd suggest to get a taxi or bus to the hotel street!

Authentic very old building, not luxury with pools and facilities, but in keeping with the City and adequate. Room spacious and clean. Just what you need for a city break
